15 Jan Atlas Commerce Center Announces its First Tenant

logo-lpsAtlas Commerce Center is pleased to announce that it has executed a lease with Labinal Power Systems, part of the Safran Group, for 25,000 SF located in Phase 1 of its project at 8351 Palmetto Commerce Parkway in North Charleston, South Carolina. Atlas Commerce Center is comprised of two 67,500 SF dock height warehouse buildings, with the first building to be competed in April of 2016. “We are thrilled to have Labinal Power Systems as our first tenant,” said Warren Zinn, the Developer of Atlas Commerce Center, “as an aerospace company with locations around the world, they were a natural fit for the project.” Alan Bolduc, CCIM, SIOR of Avison Young commercial real estate represented the Landlord, Kalulo Development, LLC and Jim Hazard, SIOR, of E. Smith Realty Partners and Thomas Boulware, CCIM of NAI Avant represented the Tenant.
